What should you do?
- Do not share any information and never give remote access to your devices.
- Keep a screenshot of the message and report it to contact@altrivest.fr.
- In the event of a loss or if in doubt, also contact your payment provider and the relevant authorities for your situation without delay.
A legitimate advisor will never ask you for your password, a one-time code or a payment to "unlock" your funds.
